Our experiences are guided activities with a limited number of places, reserved for a specific date and time. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Cancelling your booking
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the experience: you receive a full refund. After that, the full amount applies, as your place is held and can no longer be offered to someone else.

If we cancel
Sea and weather conditions decide whether an experience can run safely, and that call is always ours to make. If we cancel, you choose: a full refund, or an alternative date or experience.

Late arrival and no-shows
Experiences depart at the scheduled time. If you arrive after the group has left, or do not appear, the booking is treated as a cancellation after the deadline and the full amount applies.

Safety on the day
If our guides judge that conditions or your physical condition make participation unsafe, the experience may be adapted or stopped. Where we make that call, the terms above apply.

How to cancel
Email hello@saltysoulazores.com or call +351 913 231 325 with the booking name and date. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days.

Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Portuguese and EU law.
